If you’re transferring from another provider, we’ll be happy to do our best to transfer your files over to your Blazesbox slot.
How much does it cost? Nothing. Simply open a support ticket with the following information:

• Old server’s hostname or IP:
• Old server’s username:
• Old server’s password:
• Access type (SSH, FTP, etc):
• Folders you want transferred:
• Expiry date for old slot:

Note: Torrent files will still need to be added to your chosen torrent client, but we can definitely transfer them so that they can easily be added again.
